1. Preorder Items

Some items are preorder. Any preorder item will have the turnaround time (TAT) clearly stated in the post. Please understand that preorder items are not refundable due to shipping delays, manufacturer delays, or circumstances outside of our control.

2. No Promotions or Spam

Please do not self-promote, spam, or share irrelevant links in this group. Let's keep this space supportive and focused on the boutique community.

3. Refund Policy

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS unless stated otherwise.

Store credit may be issued under certain circumstances. Items must:

  • Still have tags attached
  • Be unworn and undamaged
  • Be returned in original condition

Refunds will only be issued if an item never arrives to me from the supplier. Once an item has shipped to you, it is out of my hands and any shipping concerns must be handled directly with the postal carrier.

4. Invoicing

Please be patient and respectful during invoicing. I take time out of my day to make sure everyone receives their invoices correctly and in a timely manner.

5. No Hate Speech or Bullying

This group is meant to be a safe and welcoming space for everyone. Bullying, hate speech, harassment, or degrading comments of any kind will not be tolerated.

6. Be Kind & Courteous

We're all here to create a positive community. Healthy discussions are welcome, but kindness and respect are required at all times.
